Terms of service
The agreement between you and Itzco Dev (Blue Pineapple Ocean Corp) when you use Urlsome.
The service
Urlsome (urlsome.com) is provided by Itzco Dev (Blue Pineapple Ocean Corp). Short links for agents: your assistant or customer-facing bot shortens links, changes where they go and reads the clicks over MCP or the API. Every link stays editable.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email and your API keys safe; actions taken with them count as yours.
Price
Urlsome is free for a limited time. If that changes, we email account holders at least 30 days before, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement. What you already created keeps working.
Acceptable use
Do not use Urlsome for anything illegal, for spam, phishing or malware, to infringe other people's rights, or to overload or probe the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that do.
To report abuse (something made with Urlsome used for phishing, malware, spam or to infringe your rights), write to support@urlsome.com with the address you saw. We look at every report.
Your content
What you create with Urlsome stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you.
No warranty
Urlsome is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Urlsome in the 12 months before the claim (nothing, while it is free).
Ending
You can stop using Urlsome and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice by email.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. For material changes we email account holders at least 14 days before they apply.
Assignment
We may transfer these terms and the service to an affiliate or to a successor of Itzco Dev (Blue Pineapple Ocean Corp). If we do, we tell account holders by email, and these terms keep applying with the new operator.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
