Short links sent by your own customer-facing agent

The bot that talks to your customers on your website or WhatsApp can send short links to invoices, bookings or product pages, and change them when something moves.

Steps

  1. Create an API key in your account.
  2. Give it to your agent - over MCP with the key, or with the HTTP API (POST /api/links).
  3. Your agent makes a short link for each customer message that needs one; you can read the clicks later.

  • Send the customer a short link to invoice 2026-0412
